Terms & conditions

Eligibility:

Voting is open to any person resident in the UK who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Elmsleigh Centre or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees' families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).

To enter:

Visit www.getschoolsgrowing.co.uk and submit your name, postal address, email address and the school that you would like to vote for. Only one vote per day per user - one day is defined by a 24 hour period and a user is defined by a valid, unique email address. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Elmsleigh Centre reserves the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Timing:

This competition runs from 12.00:01am GMT on 13th March 2010. The closing date of this competition is 11.59:59pm GMT on 11th April 2010. Completed entries must reach the Elmsleigh Centre no later than the closing date.

Use of data:

Personal data which you provide when you enter this competition will not be shared with any third parties, and only those ticking the opt in box will be contacted by the Elmsleigh Centre with regard to Elmsleigh's news and events only.

Selection of winners:

The winner will be determined by the highest number of votes received by the closing date. The winner will be notified by email by 19th April 2010. The winner may be required to become involved in further publicity or advertising.

Prize:

The first prize is a raised bed allotment inclusive of plants supplied by Urban-allotments.com plus accessories and support from Vermuelens garden centre. Prizes are as stated and non transferable. No cash or other alternatives available. The Elmsleigh Centre reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winners list:

The winner consents to their surname being made publicly available. The winners' names will be available for a period of 2 months after the closing date by email request.

Other:

No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, The Elmsleigh Centre's decision shall be final. The Elmsleigh Centre reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without notice.
